Sited on a high bank and built in the 1960's, the original design for this southwest facing single family dwelling incorporated an open plan main space with a folded plate roof supported by a centrally located post being then followed up with an addition in the 1970’s. The living room fireplace, kitchen and primary circulation spine were repositioned resulting in improved spatial function and offering dramatic site lines in a simple crossing plan.
